Returns and Exchange Policy

At Basic., we take pride in the quality of our products and customer service. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged.


We Do Not Accept Returns

Due to the nature of our business, we’re currently unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other reason unrelated to a product fault.
Please refer to our size guide or reach out to us before placing your order if you need help choosing the right fit.


Exchanges for Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue by offering an exchange or replacement.

Include the following information in your email to help us process your request faster:

Required Information:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing:

    • The damaged or defective item(s)

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label (with tracking number visible)

  • Any additional supporting documents, if applicable


Timeframe

Claims for damaged or faulty items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for exchange.


Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only offered for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • We reserve the right to assess each case individually and may request the item to be returned before issuing a replacement
